The Philosophy & Vision
“Truth is often hidden. Adikka is about exposing what society ignores.”
For years, Adikka has been a voice that challenges social conditioning, exploitation, and ethical hypocrisy. It has questioned modern politics, deceptive employment systems, and the hidden psychological manipulation of society—all through the lens of Vedic wisdom, Sanatan Dharma, and logical analysis. But Adikka was never about one person—it was about ideas that society tries to suppress.
The Meaning of Adikka – A Name Chosen by Fate
The word Adikka means “having no share in the horizon, banished from beneath the sky.” It symbolizes those who have been pushed out, silenced, and rejected for speaking the truth.
Throughout history, those who challenge the system are cast aside. They are labeled as outcasts, rebels, or troublemakers. But those very individuals often become the foundation of change.
Adikka is not just a platform. It is a movement—for those who have questioned, suffered, and risen beyond manipulation.
The Journey – Why Adikka Was Created
My name is Arindam Dutta, and I am the voice behind Adikka. But this is not about me—it is about why Adikka had to exist.
1️⃣ A Childhood Shaped by Betrayal & Survival
I was born into a joint family of 14 members, yet I was completely alone. From a young age, I experienced physical and mental abuse, both at home and in society.
Society never stood up for me. Even when I was bullied and treated like an outsider, no one stepped in. In school, I was labeled as someone to be ignored—just because of my family’s financial struggles.
By Class 7, I realized only a strong image could protect me. I started to project fear, defiance, and strength—but deep down, I knew I was only shielding myself from further betrayal.
2️⃣ A Career in Ethics, But a System Built on Corruption
Despite my childhood experiences, I built a career in ethical decision-making. I worked in HR & Business Strategy for 15+ years, across industries like FMCG, Mining, Apparel, and Agribusiness—but I saw the same exploitation & corruption everywhere.
I refused to participate in corporate bribery, unethical recruitment, or political favoritism. Every time I chose ethics over corruption, I had to leave. That is why I changed jobs frequently—because I was unwilling to compromise on integrity.
3️⃣ The Final Betrayal – The Birth of Adikka
In 2020, during the second week of COVID lockdown, I was thrown out of my own home by family members. Once again, the very people who should have supported me betrayed me.
Even in my professional life, I was backstabbed by business partners. I built a farm project from the ground up—only to be forced out once it became successful.
That was the final lesson: Society will always prioritize profit over principles.
Adikka was born as a response to injustice—a platform to expose unethical systems, explore Dharma, and redefine how people understand morality, success, and truth.
