Once upon a time, there lived a kind-hearted mouse named Mousy in a small village. Mousy was known for her compassion towards all living beings. One day, while she was searching for food, she found a nest full of eggs. Mousy was hungry, and the sight of eggs made her mouth water. But her kind heart didn’t let her take away the eggs. She decided to guard the nest and protect the eggs until they hatched.
Days passed, and the eggs hatched into tiny chicks. Mousy was happy to see the little ones and took care of them as if they were her own. She would bring food for them and protect them from any harm. One day, a hungry cat named Whiskers entered the village. Whiskers was notorious for her wicked deeds, and everyone was afraid of her.
Whiskers saw the chicks and thought of having them for her meal. She stealthily approached the nest, but Mousy saw her and quickly came to the rescue of the chicks. Mousy knew that she was no match for Whiskers and thought of a plan to save the chicks. She told Whiskers that the chicks were not fit for her meal as they were too small and wouldn’t be satisfying. She suggested that Whiskers should wait for a few days, and the chicks would grow bigger and juicier. Whiskers was pleased with Mousy’s suggestion and decided to wait for a few days.
Meanwhile, Mousy came up with another plan. She went to the other animals in the village and told them about Whiskers’ plan to harm the chicks. All the animals knew about Mousy’s kindness and decided to help her. They created a plan to scare Whiskers away from the village.
On the day of the plan, all the animals made a loud noise and ran towards Whiskers. Whiskers got scared and thought that the animals were coming to attack her. She ran away from the village and never returned.
