Once upon a time, there was a large lake and a small pond in the midst of a dense forest. The lake was deep, clear, and abundant with fish, while the pond was shallow, murky, and home to a single frog.

The fish in the lake lived harmoniously, sharing their food and resources with one another. They also had a wise and respected leader, a large and ancient fish who had lived in the lake for many years.

One day, the foolish frog from the pond hopped over to the lake, curious about the fish and their way of life. He saw the fish swimming together in harmony and was impressed by their cooperation and unity.

The frog wanted to join the fish and become a part of their community. He asked the wise old fish for permission to live in the lake and be a part of their society.

The wise fish looked at the frog and saw that he was a small and fragile creature, unlike any fish he had ever seen before. He knew that the frog would not be able to survive in the deep and vast lake, and that his presence would disrupt the balance and harmony of their community.

But the frog was persistent and begged the wise fish to let him stay. He promised to be helpful and contribute to the community in any way he could.

Seeing the frog’s determination, the wise fish agreed to let him stay in the lake, but only if he could prove himself to be a valuable member of their community.

The frog was overjoyed and immediately jumped into the lake to start his new life among the fish. However, he soon realized that he was not suited to live in the lake. He struggled to swim and catch fish, and he found it hard to adapt to their way of life.

The fish tried to help the frog, but it was clear that he was not cut out for life in the lake. His presence began to disrupt the harmony of the community, and he even started to steal food from the other fish.

The wise old fish saw what was happening and called the frog to him. He told him that he had failed to prove himself as a valuable member of the community and that he could no longer stay in the lake.

The frog was disappointed, but he understood that he had been foolish to think that he could live in the lake. He realized that he had not respected the natural order of things and had tried to force himself into a place where he did not belong.

The frog thanked the wise fish for his guidance and set off back to the pond, humbled by his experience. When he returned to the pond, he shared his story with the other frogs, telling them how he had tried to live with the fish in the lake, but had failed.

The other frogs listened and learned from the foolish frog’s mistake. They realized that they were not meant to live in the lake and that they should respect the natural order of things.

And so, the frogs continued to live in the pond, while the fish thrived in the lake, living in harmony and balance with one another.
