The Meaning of Adikka
The name Adikka carries a profound meaning.
1️⃣ “Having no share in the horizon, banished from beneath the sky.”
It represents those who speak the truth, challenge deception, and get cast aside for refusing to conform.
2️⃣ “The Beginning, The First Step.”
In another sense, Adika (without the second ‘k’) means “the initial” or “the beginning.” It represents a new path—a return to ethics, Dharma, and self-realization.
3️⃣ A Tribute to Shiva – The Eternal Guide
Adikka is guided by Mahadev, the Supreme Destroyer of Falsehood and Protector of Dharma.
🔹 He is the one who removes illusions and reshapes the world with truth.
🔹 He is the one who destroys corruption so new, ethical foundations can be built.
This journey is not just knowledge. It is Dharma in action.
The Journey – Why AdikkaChannels Was Created
My name is Arindam Dutta, and I am the voice behind Adikka. But this is not about me—it is about why Adikka had to exist.
1️⃣ A Childhood Shaped by Betrayal & Survival
I was born into a joint family of 14 members, yet I was completely alone. From a young age, I experienced physical and mental abuse, both at home and in society.
Society never stood up for me. Even when I was bullied and treated like an outsider, no one stepped in. In school, I was labeled as someone to be ignored—just because of my family’s financial struggles.
By Class 7, I realized only a strong image could protect me. I started to project fear, defiance, and strength—but deep down, I knew I was only shielding myself from further betrayal.
2️⃣ A Career in Ethics, But a System Built on Corruption
Despite my childhood experiences, I built a career in ethical decision-making. I worked in HR & Business Strategy for 15+ years, across industries like FMCG, Mining, Apparel, and Agribusiness—but I saw the same exploitation & corruption everywhere.
I refused to participate in corporate bribery, unethical recruitment, or political favoritism. Every time I chose ethics over corruption, I had to leave. That is why I changed jobs frequently—because I was unwilling to compromise on integrity.
3️⃣ The Final Betrayal – The Birth of AdikkaChannels
In 2020, during the second week of COVID lockdown, I was thrown out of my own home by family members. Once again, the very people who should have supported me betrayed me.
Even in my professional life, I was backstabbed by business partners. I built a farm project from the ground up but was forced out after its success.
That was the final lesson: In society, profit often takes precedence over principles.
AdikkaChannels was born as a response to injustice—a platform to expose unethical systems, explore Dharma, and redefine how people understand morality, success, and truth.
The Meaning of ‘Channels’ – A Path Between Two Worlds
A channel is a silent force that connects two vast spaces, yet remains unnoticed, uncelebrated, and often taken for granted.
It is wider than a strait, yet never a destination.
It carries movement, but never rests.
It holds life (fish, trade, movement), but is never valued for itself.
This is me.
This is AdikkaChannels.
I have always been the bridge between two sides.
🔹 In family – The one who connected people but was never truly accepted.
🔹 In society – The one who questioned, but was never given a voice.
🔹 In profession – The one who worked ethically, yet was used and discarded.
🔹 In love – The one who gave loyalty, yet was treated as a transaction.
Since childhood, I have existed between forces—always needed, but never valued.
But the channel never disappears.
It exists, strong and unshaken—watching, learning, waiting. Now, AdikkaChannels becomes the current that shapes a new path.

Ethical Business & Adikka Agriculture – The Next Step
Adikka is expanding beyond philosophy and social analysis—it is evolving into ethical action.
🌿 Coming Soon: Adikka Agriculture – A Business Model for Ethical Farming
For centuries, farming was sacred—deeply tied to Dharma, sustainability, and balance. Today, corporate greed and chemical farming exploit these sacred systems.
This project is being developed under a name inspired by Adikka—but it will be formally registered in two years.
🔹 Why Wait Two Years?
People often dismiss spoken ethics.
But when it starts working successfully, they will be forced to read at least one sentence about ethics and its solutions through Vedic wisdom.
Once the foundation is built, Adikka Agriculture will emerge as a beacon of ethical business.
