Once upon a time, in a lush green forest, there lived a mischievous monkey named Miki. Miki loved to play pranks on the other animals in the forest, often causing them trouble and inconvenience. One day, Miki came across a beautiful rose bush in the middle of the forest. The bush was filled with the most magnificent and fragrant roses that Miki had ever seen. Miki plucked a rose from the bush and started to play with it, throwing it up in the air and catching it.
Suddenly, a wise old bird, who was watching from a nearby tree, spoke up. “Miki, what are you doing? That rose is not yours to play with. You should show some respect for nature and leave it be.”
But Miki was not interested in the bird’s advice. He continued to play with the rose, twirling it around and tossing it in the air. Suddenly, he accidentally dropped the rose, and it fell into a nearby stream. The rose was swept away by the current, and Miki watched in dismay as it disappeared downstream.
Feeling guilty and ashamed, Miki decided to search for the rose. He searched high and low, but the rose was nowhere to be found. After hours of searching, Miki came across a group of ants who were struggling to carry a heavy load of food back to their nest.
Feeling sorry for the ants, Miki decided to help them out. He lifted the heavy load onto his back and carried it all the way to the ant’s nest. The ants were so grateful for Miki’s help that they decided to return the favor.
The ants led Miki to a beautiful meadow filled with roses, more beautiful than the one Miki had plucked from earlier. Miki was amazed by the sight and felt grateful for the ants’ kindness. He plucked a rose from the meadow, thanking the ants for their generosity.
As Miki was about to leave the meadow, he heard a faint voice calling out to him. “Miki, it’s me, the rose you dropped earlier. I have been waiting for you to return and apologize for what you did.”
Miki was shocked to hear the voice of the rose. He quickly realized the importance of treating all living beings with kindness and respect. He apologized to the rose for his earlier behavior, and the rose forgave him.
From that day on, Miki promised to treat all living beings with kindness and respect. He made many new friends in the forest and became known as a generous and helpful monkey. He learned that what goes around comes around and that showing kindness and compassion will always lead to good karma.
